Asin Thottumkal and Asia Nuccitelli

Asin is a native of Cochin, Kerala, India as a member of the Malayalam speaking Thottumkal family which consists of her business-minded father, Joseph, and mom, the Dr. Seline, who practices in Ernakulam. She studied at Naval Public School Cochin and when she completed the Matriculation exam, she was enrolled into the St. Theresa's High School. To further pursue her studies at the Arts Faculty, after successfully receiving the higher Secondary School Certificate she was enrolled in St. Theresa's College. After obtaining the B.A. English Literature, she went on to earn a B.A. She also helped her father run his business. She is a part of numerous functions all over Southern India. Crediting her upbringing, she says that her parents are her role models. The entrepreneurial nature of her was noticed when she was just a teenager. She enjoys reading and owns a large number of books.
