Anna Silk is a Fredericton resident, and is the daughter of Peter Silk, who was an academic. Her mother, Ilkay Silk, had many skills, such as being able to direct, act and produce plays, as well as write them, teach, and be Director of Drama for St. Thomas University. Anna Silk was the daughter of the British father and English-Turkish Cypriot mother. Her appearances in commercials were numerous in her early years. Anna relocated to Toronto in order to help her acting grow. Later, the actress relocated Los Angeles. Seth Cooperman and Anna met in Los Angeles in 2007, during an actor's training. They got engaged in 2009 after getting married. Anna was a convert to Judaism in the year before, and Seth Cooperman were wed in the month of December in Fredericton.
